These are some of the most frequently asked questions when it comes to portable toilet hire. We pride ourselves in outstanding customer service, so if you have any questions that aren’t on this list please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you. Please also read our hire Terms & Conditions.

CAN I MOVE THE TOILET ONCE IT’S ON SITE?

If you need to move the unit once it’s in position, please do so carefully. You must inform us if you move the toilet or if access to the site where the toilet is placed becomes blocked.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PUT THE TOILET?

To deliver, service and collect the toilet we will need clear access to the site. The toilet must have clear access of 4 metres maximum.

ARE THERE LIGHTS IN THE UNITS?

The units do not have lights installed and rely on external lighting through a translucent roof. When choosing the location of the unit please ensure that the roof is not obscured by the trees ect.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED TO MAKE AVAILABLE FOR THE UNIT?

Our standard toilets are 4ft square, please make sure that you allow adequate space for the unit itself and for the door to open and close.

DO THE TOILETS HAVE ANY SECURITY IN-BUILT?

No. All customers are responsible for the security of the toilet from the commencement of hire. There is a secure loop on the outside of the door which can be secured with your own padlock. Please let us know the code so the service driver can access and clean if you are not on site.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED WHEN BOOKING?

Most orders are delivered the next day, but notice is always appreciated, especially at busy times.
